Edoardo Gallorini was founded in 2019 as a women’s fashion brand. An original interpretation of glamour between the recovery of iconic atmospheres, references to the world of cinema and the reflection on new cults, an attitude that mixes the most traditional feminine elegance with androgynous eroticism, through a polite exhibitionism. Fine fabrics, timeless garments and naive prints form a sophisticated and harmonious wardrobe. Venice is at the centre of it all, both as a place – production is based in the areas around the lagoon, which is exceptional for the quality of materials and the know-how of workers – and as a mood from which to draw inspiration.

CONCEPT

“Mediterranean Ecstasy” is a sailing trip from Venice to the Aeolian Islands, with destination Stromboli, a magical, alienating island, which generates a sense of wonder and amazement, of helplessness in front of the disruptive force of nature. All Made in Italy, they exude a relaxed glamor, designed to accompany busy and sophisticated women throughout their day. They refer to characters like that of Mariangela Melato from “Travolti da un insolito destino nell’azzurro mare d’agosto” by Lina Wertmüller, the Tilda Swinton of “A bigger splash” by Luca Guadagnino, and the Catherine Deneuve of “La Cagna” by Marco Ferreri, with their natural, eccentric and imperturbable elegance, personification of the concept of bourgeois erotic boredom, dear to the brand.
